Q: How long does it take to receive an order purchased through valexsia.com
A: We source our products from different part of the world, including the US, so delivery time varies by product, ranging between three to twenty one days. But we make every effort to reduce the time it takes to get your order at your front door. However, each order comes with a tracking number to keep you updated as soon as an order has been placed.
Q: What if my order was never delivered
A: When an order is placed and was never delivered within forty five days, a receipt with the tracking number is required to verify any unfulfilled order. If determined after verification that an order was never fulfilled, with the copy of the original receipt, a refund would be awarded to you. You may also receive another order fulfillment when you chose that option.
Q: What if a product does not fit to size.
A: It is always important to verify a product size before an order is placed. Look out for reviews about products to ensure product does not run small in sizes. But we make every efforts to ensure your satisfaction in any product purchased, including exchanges to size choices and refunds. Keep original receipt handy.
Q: What if the product color does not correspond to that of the pictures.
